Summary/Abstract: This research aims to understand and investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial intent and national culture in a post-socialist context. Currently, in Post-Socialist societies that have experienced a wave of economic reforms and a process of transition to the liberal economy, such as Algeria and Romania. The importance of entrepreneurship is in their vitality in the dynamics of development, and that is the significance of testing and understanding the entrepreneurial intentions of the students in connection with the local and/or national culture in Algeria and Romania.
