Summary/Abstract: Constitutional regulation of public finances substantially changed in the period between 1918-1997. Each new regulation, excluding constitutions proclaimed in the era of centrally planned economy, increased the scope and range of regulation. The paper analyses constitutional regulations regarding public finances in Poland since 1918.
