Summary/Abstract: The last several years have been a time of dynamic development of special catechesis in Poland for both academic and program reflections. However, there is still a lack of practical teaching aids for people with special educational needs. This article points to the current deficit of textbooks and other practical materials for special catechesis. At the same time, we analyze the American catechetical aid kit called the Adaptive Preparation Kit intended for people with autism and other special educational needs, presenting it as a possible inspiration for creating analogous aids in Poland.
