Economic Problems of the Development of Agro-Industrial Complex: Mechanism of Solution

Summary/Abstract: This article notes that in the present role of the state is to determine the overall strategy for the development of the industry, create the conditions for the most favorable conditions, addressing the overall infrastructure problems, the solution of which will determine the successful development of agriculture in the republic. A number of serious reasons for the need to regulate agricultural production are highlighted.The target indicators of the development of the agro-industrial complex up to 2020 are given, an analysis of the structure of gross value added, the reasons for the rise in prices for agricultural products are shown. It is noted that one of the main sources of financing investments should be depreciation. A direct correlation is shown between the size of allocated subsidies and the financial results of enterprises in the agricultural sector. The proposals to increase funding for agricultural production are given.
