Summary/Abstract: The paper gives an overview of seven-month-long speleological explorations and their results carried out in the part of Krabanja karst situated on the eastern slopes of Mt. Konjuh in Eastern Bosnia. This region was not, except sporadically, included in earlier explorations and therefore was the main reason for focusing on this part of Mt. Konjuh. Caves are developed in the formations of Middle Triassic and Upper Triassic limestones, which are in lithological contact with the igneous rocks of the central Mt. Konjuh massif, as well as with Jurassic diabase-chert formation. Alongside basic cave survey and mapping, this paper also provides maps of terrain that was in detail researched for possible caves and therefore it could be left out of scope in future explorations. Moreover, as a part of exploration special emphasis was put on fauna in aforementioned caves, but at the time of writing this paper most of the research on the samples collected was still not concluded.
