Conventional versus evolving organization – obstacles and barriers

Summary/Abstract: Modern organizations which operate in turbulent environments are faced with the requirement of continuous development, as a condition for their survival. In the article the author attempts to identify these constraints and barriers that arise from inflexible organizational structures and organizational culture, synthetically characterized the two types of organizations: traditional and evolving, showed differences between them and pointed to areas of change.
