Summary/Abstract: The paper displays the consideration about the change in an organization in the context of personal change. The author explains the psychological process accompanying assimilation and adapting to the new situation in terms of the Bridges theory. The awareness of the mentioned process as well as the support of its participants is the condition of a true change in an organization.
