The Evolution of Ukraine Language Policy

Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes from a legal perspective whether the Ukrainian Law on Education of September 5, 2017 complies with the Constitution of Ukraine and with the country’s international obligations. It also presents how a constitutional court proceeding works in this case, providing an additional perspective to the existing scientific approaches.
