Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the dynamics of borrowing’s processes, the analysis of semantic changes, the stages of loan-words assimilation and the differential features of assimilation that are characteristic for each stage, as well as the structural and semantic equivalence of loan-word, forecasting loan-word fixing possibilities in the French language, all issues which need a thorough examination. New tendencies of adaptation of anglicisms into system of French language are examined.
