Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the possibilities of implementation of direct democracy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The first part of the paper is devoted to the de termination of idea of direct democracy and the definition of basic forms in which can occur, and its possible representation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. in the second part of the paper analyzes the possibility of implementation direct democracy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and adventages and disadven tages that will be stem from its implementaton.
