Summary/Abstract: The analysis of the legal status of a physician as a party to proceedings against which disciplinaryproceedings are pending in Poland, is the subject of this study.Under the current legal status, such a person may participate in the proceedings in two rolesdiscussed here, as the doctor concerned or as an accused doctor.
