Summary/Abstract: The migration of medical staff, in particular doctors, is becoming an increasingly commonphenomenon. Expanding the existing labor market, and thus the possibility of taking up jobsin line with qualifications and favorable legal regulations – these are just some of the reasons for this phenomenon. Undoubtedly, these factors affect the condition of healthcare systems, notonly causing the need to develop an appropriate health policy, but also to face the physicians’disciplinary liability for professional delinquents committed by them. Therefore, the problem ofdisciplinary liability will apply not only to the Polish doctor who performs the profession in Polandand abroad, but also to a foreign physician practicing profession in Poland. There are alsodifferent regulations regarding the performance of the doctor’s profession within the EuropeanUnion and the conditions for the practice of the profession of a foreign doctor in Poland comingfrom a country outside the European Union. The purpose of this article is to present disciplinaryproceedings against a Polish doctor in Great Britain.
