Summary/Abstract: The fourth decade in the life of the Sarajevo painter Roman Petrović was exceptionally fruitful. With his expressionistic drawings full of undulating wavy lines and with minimal departure from his real-life models, all in greyish-blue hues and with sporadic touches of more vibrant colour, Roman Petrović has built an entirely exciting world of tragic destinies of the children from the streets of Sarajevo.
