Summary/Abstract: The article deals with legal nature of decision-making in doubt under regulation section 3 paragraph 3 of Law no. 44/1988 Coll., On protection Use of Mineral Resources (Mining Act), as amended. The article analyses existing legislation on the issue. It then examines whether it is possible review such a decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the administrative judiciary.
