Summary/Abstract: The problem of article is how American administrative branches depends and not depend on each other and how does it influents on foreign policy and security policy of USA. The article is an essay of analyze individual competencies of executive, legislative and judicial branches given by American Constitution and also by Supreme Court during the time by practical needs. The author analyzes competencies of each power at the context of foreign policy and national security of USA.
