The liability of the legal successor for the offense

Summary/Abstract: The topic of my contribution is to define the institute of liability of the legal successor for the offense, depending on the perpetrator of the offense, depending on the procedural stage of the case – cases where the violation has not yet been decided, in cases where the offense has already been decided and fined. The contribution will deal with the occurrence and extinction of these persons and the subsequent transfer of their responsibility for the offense. The paper will not miss a historical excursion.
