Administrative offenses, misdemeanors of municipalities

Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with the current issue of financing of territorial selfgoverning units and the functioning of the municipal financial system in the Czech Republic. Attention is focused on issues and legal regulation of the management of territorial self-governing units, especially with regard to offenses, administrative delicts of municipalities. At the same time, the purposeful use of funds and the breach of budgetary discipline are also mentioned here.
