Summary/Abstract: Slovak Republic is a relative save country, in which are not committed so many murders than in some other countries, but it was paradoxically the premediate murder of Ján Kuciak and his girlfriend, which shaken the whole society. This paper contains the search of some criminological, forensic and criminal aspects of murders and their investigation, including this murder and its specificities and the conclusions contain selective investigation methods and institutes of criminal procedure law, which could contribute to clarify this murder.
