The Revolutionary Trial Used by IMARO in the Period between 1905 and 1912

Summary/Abstract: The author researches the issue of the legal trial used by IMARO in Macedonia during the struggles against the Ottoman Empire’s government in the beginning of the 20th century. On the basis of a profound juridical analysis of the most important regulatory documents, the author proves that the secret Bulgarian national liberation organization had created a punishment system based on the rules applied by the so-called “third power” within the system of representative democracy.
