The application on Tax Matters of art. 6 par. 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights by the High Court of Cassation and Justice

Summary/Abstract: In the light of a previous analysis of the application or, rather, of the non‑application in tax matters of Art. 6 par. (1) of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (hereinafter „the European Convention”), it was necessary to submit the application of the same article by the High Court of Cassation and Justice, in causes involving tax legal relations.
