A SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT LEVEL PROMOTED BY ECONOMIC COMPETITIVENESS, SOCIAL COHESION AND DEVELOPMENT SUSTAINABLE IN ROMANIA

Summary/Abstract: National Employment Strategy 2014-2020 (NSLEP) aims to strengthenefforts to reach Romania's 2020 employment target of 70% employment for the populationaged 20 to 64 years. In the development of the strategy was considered as strategicreference framework at EU level - Europe 2020 strategy and the European EmploymentStrategy. The document underpinning the communication strategy is launched on 3 March2010 by the European Commission Europe 2020 - A European strategy for smart,sustainable and inclusive growth. The labor market in Romania will be an efficient, dynamicand flexible market, in which at least 70% of people aged 20 to 64 will have access to qualitywork based on skills and abilities and income to provide them with decent life. Romania willresult in increased capacity to create new jobs, quality and create a competitive advantagefor the national economy through a highly skilled human resources with a high level ofcompetence and competence.
