OPINIONS ON THE PRESENCE OF MILITARY EDUCATION IN MULTIPLE FORMS WITHOUT FUNDING

Summary/Abstract: If the national education tried to align with the European standards, and it didn’t succeed, the military education tried to align with the national standards, giving up the essential element: specialization. As the specializationhas left the career tracking criteria of the military personeel, the ranks and military functions started to be conditioned by the form of courses, masters or doctorates, which add nothing to the military competences. Thus, there were courses and masters that must be followed not only that is bureaucratic foreseen in the selection criteria and promotion of cadres, and only because of the lack of knowledge designed by those courses and masters would put the performers into the imposibility to exercise their new function. All these forms without substance parasite a system that is called the elite. And since the forms have acquired the status of law, although anybody can notice that things go wrong, the established forms remove any attempt at a lucrative approach by a responsible fund.
