Cooperating in scientific research: The Greater Black Sea Area Regional Stability Working Group

Summary/Abstract: Regional Stability within the Greater Black Sea Area Working Group (RSGBSA WG) of the PfP Consortium of Defense Academies and Security Studies Institutes is fully committed to assess the situation in the Greater Black Sea Area through enhanced international research and scientific cooperation. This Paper addresses the key roles of the Mobile Contact Teams Project developed under the aegis of the RSGBSA WG. It stresses to what extend the implementation of the said project represents a genuine model of regional cooperation and also the lessons learned to be assumed by the PfP.
