Summary/Abstract: The article discusses 29 hydronyms of Northwestern Asia Minor, whose Thracian origin is sure or very likely. They show lexical, phonetic and formative unity with the onomastics of the European part of Thrace. Five other hydronyms, which some researchers suggested being of Thracian origin, are rather not, according to the author.
