Summary/Abstract: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, First of all, I’d like to thank Partnership for Peace Consortium of Defense Academies and Security Studies Institutes and the Ministry of Defense of Republic of Moldova for making this workshop of the Working Group on Regional Stability in the Greater Black Sea Area possible even at the time of crisis and financial constraints. I am glad to see some of all good people I got familiar with in Brasov a year and a half ago and I hope our work here will bear some fruits.
