Summary/Abstract: Although organisation and management of organisations (management) have evolved as a separate scientific discipline relatively lately, organisation and management of organisations are one of the earliest achievements of human civilisation. They have emerged with the advent of man, as biological and social beings, and along with their development, they have also developed. People have always been referred to different forms of organisation and without them they simply cannot survive. Since the earliest stages of its development, mankind has been forced to identify paths in order to make life significantly easier in a ruthless battle with the harsh reality of nature, which has constantly threatened him. The way to achieve this goal was to associate with other people into different forms of organisation.
