Summary/Abstract: In January 2019, the Fiscal Code and the Code of Fiscal Procedure were amended under the same normative act, as well as the Government Ordinance no. 39/2015 regarding the tax offence record. Moreover, the following normative acts were amended in the same month: The Statute of the legal profession, the Regulation for the organization and conduct of the exam or contest to acquire the quality of notary on probation, Law of national education no. 1/2011, as well as the Statute of Civil Servants. Also in January, the following acts were amended: Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary pension system and Law no. 223/2015 on public military pensions, G.E.O. no 195/2002 on circulation on public roads
