DETERMINING THE LEVEL OF INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF FAMILY ENTERPRISES OPERATING ERZURUM SUB-DISTRICT: AN APPLICATION

Summary/Abstract: This study aims to clarify the institutionalization levels of family enterprises operating in the TRA 1 Region. Within the conceptual framework of the research, the concepts of family enterprises, institutionalization and institutionalization in family enterprises have been clarified. In the application section, methods and findings of the research on 398 family enterprises operating in the TRA 1 region are included. In application, data were collected by questionnaire technique and obtained statistical tests were interpreted through analyzes. The results shows us, it can be seen that family enterprises operating in the TRA 1 region have moderate institutionalization. In conclusion section, some suggestions are given to family enterprises.
