Some Considerations Regarding the Public Utility Institutions inRomania

Summary/Abstract: The public service, as an essential dimension of the Romanian public administration, suffered, in time, some important transformations. While in the XIXth century, the public services were administered by the state, territorial colectivities or public establishments, in the XXth century, the direct administration of the public services became unimportant, so it took various forms of delegated administration.
