Summary/Abstract: The ever-changing political and economic balances across the globe are manifested in the dynamics of the re-defined countries, the dynamics that affect the perceptions of societies' ways of living and their local culture values and traditions, which have become a great village in the world. At the end of these processes, fast-growing information technologies were added and the society was included in a fast transformation spiral. The technology network spreading from Europe to our country has made a rapid introduction to human life and forced the concept of individual, life standards and professional sectors from production to production. Especially in the last 10 years, the developing information technologies network has been tried to be regulated with state policies and new centers and unions have been started to be put under control. The first Technopark was founded under the name of Stanford Research Park (Silicon Valley) in 1952 in the northern California region of America under the leadership of Stanford University in order to return the work of the academic staff to the economic returns on national and international axis. In this study, it is aimed to observe how efficiently the technological elements of the centers are used. The working principles and shapes of these centers, which were established for the purpose of developing technology, were examined and the rates of active use of Social Media platforms during the year 2017 were determined with the share sharing rate.
