Summary/Abstract: Illegal drug trafficking, despite the great efforts of the world community, is one of the most important problems of most modern states. Despite the measures taken and results achieved in this field, the demand for drugs is not reduced. Drugs are slowly conquering the young and the limit is lowered but especially worrisome are facts that among injecting drug users there is increasingly larger number of minors and children. Drug addiction is not just a problem of drug addicts but also their families, the environment and the whole society because people who use drugs often commit crimes to get their drugs or money to purchase them.
