Summary/Abstract: Culture and civilizations are understood in a way that it also includes the language. It is fully justified because the language is cultural and civilizational formation and it is a form of each nation’s culture. But since language takes central place in each communication, including also translational, most authors take it as a separate subject of study in terms of translational analysis process. It retains the name "culture and civilization" for aspects of material and spiritual culture and civilization which as lingustic contents plays an important role in transferring explanations through translation. Appreciation of cultural elements in translation requires a development of different translation procedures that will be presented here in this paper.
