Summary/Abstract: The author of this paper gave a brief outline of the process and importance of the motivation of the employees in the educational institutions with special emphasis on pre elemenary school institutions. In the first part of the paper author reviews the theoretical bases of motivation of employees, while the second part she presents the results of research of motivation in the child care center Revda and Vildana in Novi Pazar.
