Summary/Abstract: Command and control represented throughout military history, and still arising even during the present days, a strong concern of military theorists about the effective use of these attributes of military conduct to achieve the objectives of the war. Moreover, the fact that doctrines and manuals mentioned aspects regarding the role of decentralized or centralized command and control in conducting an operation is a consequence of operational practice in the history of armed conflicts.
