Summary/Abstract: The PfP Consortium Working Group on Regional Stability in the Greater Black Sea Area (RSGBSA-WG) launched its first Mobile Contact Teams (MCT) Project focused on Crisis Management and Conflict Prevention (CM&CP). The seminar was organized in Brașov (Romania), 12-17 May 2008, under the lead of the Romanian National Defense University “Carol I”. The venue of the seminar was the Regional Department of Defense Resources Management.
