Summary/Abstract: Mediation is a useful form of managing relationships and resolving conflicts in a company. Its use in the enterprise is an expression of the organizational culture prevailing in it. As an institution regulated in law, it is a tool for solving individual and collective labor disputes. It also supports dialogue, ensures proper communication, cooperation and creative problem solving. The pilot studies carried out in 20 Polish enterprises show that they are used in them, but still relatively rare.
