Summary/Abstract: Changes proposed in the petition concerning amendments to the Act on Obligatory Insurances, Insurance Guarantee Fund and Polish Bureau of Transport Insurers may raise concerns, taking into consideration the purposes and functions of obligatory civil liability insurance of motor vehicles, and also the course of procedure taking place after issuing a decision concerning the confiscation of a vehicle for the benefit of a county.
