Summary/Abstract: Margareta Miller-Verghy is an unknown writer from de end of the 19th Century and the beginning of the 20th. She is a bilingual francophone writer and has created novels, education manuals; she has a rich correspondence and an active investment in both social and intellectual life of the time. The article aims to delineate the history of her life from that of other writers of the time and to make her more visible in the field of literary history.
