Summary/Abstract: The factors of the influence of the external environment on the strategy of financial support as an integral part of the strategy of innovative agricultural engineering development have been considered. The stages of its formation with focus on market conditions have been determined. The directions of the implementation of the strategy for financial support for innovative agricultural engineering development have been described, the conditions of participation of investors and the mechanism of its implementation have been presented.
