Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationsbetween professionaldemands and psychosocial factors related to the professional activity, environmentand professional culture, as well as conditions and factors of human wellbeing andhealth, among doctors, teachers and social workers, in a sample of 288 Moldovanprofessionals. The short version of Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ)were used for data collection [6,p.2].This questionnaire was used to establishthe professional psychosocial factors that evaluate working conditions, health andwell-being in the workplaces of these three professional sphere. As hypothesized, thePearson correlations revealed that emotional demands, demands for responsibilityat work, influence at work, degree of freedom at work, meaning of work, commitmentto the workplace, wellbeing and health were positive predictors of psychologicalfactors related to the professional activity in Moldova.
