Human Capital in Enterprises of Health Care Entities

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to identify problems with regard to human capital management which significantly affect the functioning and development of health care facilities. The paper describes important issues and difficulties related to medical personnel management in private health care entities that often result from financial limitations, staff shortages, as well as problems with acquiring qualified medical personnel. The final part briefly analyses employees in terms of age, types of contracts concluded and number of work places on the example of two enterprises of heath care entities in Poland.
