Summary/Abstract: This empirical study presents – in frames of the positive organization theory – the spheres of influence of attitudes and features of managers on the potential of the organizations they manage with particular emphasis on the impact of the level of development of their authenticity on the efficiency of the organization and the attitudes of their subordinates. The study also presents the identified spheres of attitudes of assessed managers, which can be considered as socially beneficial or socially unacceptable as well as normative requirements for the Police managerial staff.
