How to Squeeze Human Capital Out of Human Beings

Summary/Abstract: Human resource management has been modified over the years. A changing group of employees expects new forms of motivation to work. Commitment to the entrusted task requires the employer to create appropriate physical and mental facilities. The implementation of the corporate social responsibility strategy, the concept of gamification with an appropriate management style are the determinants of the 21st century employees’ identification with the company. The aim of this article is to analyze innovative factors determining human development translating into its professional effectiveness and company’s success. The analysis of the literature of the subject was accepted as the research method.
