Relational Contracts on the Medical Services Market

Summary/Abstract: Inter-organizational cooperation and building the relational resources of the organization is the subject of interest of many researchers in management sciences. The author’s deliberations focus on relational contracts and their role in building a competitive advantage on the market of highly specialized medical clinics. The article presents both the theoretical aspect of the examined issue as well as the analysis of selected results of empirical research. The author of the article focuses mainly on the relational contracts as the unnamed agreements, which significantly dominate the relationships built by clinics and which determine the inter-organizational cooperation based on the trust of partners in the network.
