The Establishment, Program and Activity of the Political Party Solidarna Polska (2011–2012)

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article was to show the situation after the lost 2011 parliamentaryelections in the “Law and Justice” and why some politicians of this party decidedto leave the group and set up a new political formation, which undoubtedly weakenedthe “Law and Justice”. There is no doubt that the party of Jaroslaw Kaczynski was andis the dominant force on the right side of the political scene, capable of competingfor power with the Civic Platform. All the divisions within in the “Law and Justice”have weakened this group, and the resulting new political formations did not havea greater chance of winning political and electoral victory.
