Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problem of educational activities of university lecturer in the terms of humanization of higher education. Humanistic orientation of university lecturer individual and the set of skills necessary for him to implement humanistic oriented activities in training have been defined. The attempt of analysis of the reasons impeding the realization of pedagogically appropriate humanistic principles in the correct selection of content, technologies, forms and methods of training has been made.
