Summary/Abstract: Training of teachers in pre-university education reflects a learning process, completing professional skills and deepening the knowledge of the main career. This process takes place in accordance with the regulations issued by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Moldova and is an action which relates to a certain situation, specifically, teaching resources. Therefore, training of teachers as a direct impact on increasing the quality of the educational process.
