Shaping of social competencies of a medium of a professional vocational school

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the issue of social competences of students of secondary vocational schools. Competency deficits do not only concern technical qualifications but more and more often the socalled soft skills, which are mainly related to team work and finding a place in a specific organizational culture. The author draws attention to the need to shape and model social competences of students based on the paradigm of sustainable development.
