Summary/Abstract: Friedrich Nietzsche (1844–1900) was not only a great innovator in philosophy, who foresaw and, to a certain extent, shaped modern man in the dissonance of man’s spiritual anxiety and thirst for full emancipation from the dogmas of religion, from the traps of sexuality, from the errors of philosophical search for truth, and from the presumptuousness of science. He was also a powerful disturber of public opinion and of each individual’s personal self-evaluation when faced with the responsibility of being yourself. The following fragments from Human, All Too Human present some of the revelations of Nietzsche the psychologist, the expert in man’s soul, the creator of a unique science of man that reached Homo Sapiens’ profound depths of internal division and unquenchable desire for completeness as a being fated to ever seek the truth about himself and about the meaning of life.
