A New Concept of the Criminal Intelligence in the Slovak Republic

Summary/Abstract: Scientific study presents results of the first stage of the solution to scientific research VYSK. n. 231 entitled „National criminal intelligence model in the Slovak Republic“. Scientific study in its first part depicts in the shortened form methodological approaches and resources of this scientific research solution; it formulates the basic scientific problem, object and subject of the research, the target, tasks and methods of the research. In the following parts of this report, theoretical and contentual, legal and praxeological resources of building of the new national criminal intelligence model in the Slovak Republic are analyzed. Study in its single parts contains a „preliminary“ results and proposals of the possible legal solution by applying the new concept of the criminal intelligence in the Slovak Republic.
